Description:
Titan was retained by Red Hook United, LLC and LIVWRK Holdings as a Construction Manager. An assemblage of old existing industrial buildings that was converted to a mixed use of retail/office spaces. The existing buildings were renovated throughout the public areas, stairs, elevators, building entrances, and outdoor space, along with all new utilities. The base building work was completed in November 2016.
The interior spaces are restored and are delivered as a warm white box for the tenants to complete their installations. The buildings first tenant was Tesla Motors who utilized the first floor and a portion of the second floor as their primary NYC location. It included their lab or sales area, interior vehicle storage, and a parts and service area.
