Titan was retained by Care Partners Medical Management LLC as Construction Manager for the interior construction of medical offices including new HVAC, plumbing, electric, partitioning, flooring, and all finishes. Titan was the Construction Manager for the redevelopment of Fresh Pond Road Centre and assisted the ownership and tenant in the work letter negotiations to create clarity and
after discussions was asked by the Urgent Care management to assist them.
The Urgent Care management is now working in conjunction with NYU Medical in the premises.
