Description:
Titan was retained by Mattone Group Elmhurst Co., Inc. as Construction Manager for the planning and development of all infrastructures for three new restaurant pad sites. Titan was instrumental in concept budgeting, lease work letter negotiations, coordination of tenant requirements, and the construction of the infrastructure. This infrastructure included the installation of over 400 piles on the site, independent utilities to each of the three pad sites after subdivision of the properties, and the installation of all of the site work up to ten feet from the individual pad sites. The tenants were Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, and Joe’s Crab Shack.
The project was completed in 2014.
