Titan was retained by Charles Krypell and Golda Realty LLC as Construction Manager for the mixed use development consisting of retail space and Krypell Jewelry’s corporate offices on the second floor. The anchor tenant will be Krypell Jewelry’s flagship store that will be 5,000 square feet and the balance of the retail space is 11,000 square feet and 12,000 square feet of storage in the cellar level.
Due to the site limitations there are two buildings on the site with the parking between the structures. The building’s design was by Mark Stumer of Mojo Stumer and epitomizes Long Island’s extraordinary Gold Coast with the use of the finest materials.
The base building completed in December 2016 at which time the interior spaces of Krypell Jewelry and their corporate offices will commence.
