Description:
Titan was retained by CoWorkrs 3rd Street, LLC as Construction Manager for the interior installation of their office space at 92 3rd Street, Gowanus, Brooklyn. The installation included the distribution of all mechanical system and custom glass wall partitions to accommodate CoWorkrs business of a shared creative office space. As with other providers of this type of space the installations included amenities including kitchen and lounge spaces while maintaining the exposed timber ceilings and brick walls.
The project was completed in the spring of 2016.
