Description:
Titan was retained by AvalonBay Communities, Inc. as a General Contractor for the renovations to the lobby, fitness center, resident lounge, concierge, office spaces, and reconstruction of the garage roof top into outdoor amenity spaces including perimeter planter area, walking areas, elevated decking, pergola, synthetic lawn/lounge area, custom bench seating, and custom BBQ area with dining areas.
The project was completed December 2015. This lead to Avalon Bay engaging Titan to perform a similar but larger version of this project for Riverview’s sister building, Avalon Riverview North.
