Titan was retained by the Michael Shah and Delshah 60 Ninth LLC as Construction Manager to combine two twenty five foot wide buildings into one retail space removing all of the structural masonry walls in the cellar and first floor and underpinning both building to accommodate a full selling cellar for a high end apparel retailer. In order to create the full selling cellar with the desired height 1,600 yards of soil were removed. In addition to the structural work the project involved the installation of a new elevator, residential lobby, and two high end apartments.
The retail space was delivered and the anticipated completion date is December 2016.
