• THE PROJECT
The Village Center was a challenging assignment for Titan, the project was difficult to coordinate due to a complete renovation of the facade of the shopping center while having tenants in place during the construction. There was approximately 900 linear feet of facade on
which Titan demolished the existing fascia and the construction of a new mansard and promenade in front of all the stores. It was
completed in three separate phases as to not disturb any of the existing tenants.
