St. Vincent’s Hospital hired Titan as the General Contractor for the construction of its new outpatient facility located at 23rd Street. Titan’s works included the turn key construction services of the new facility from interior rock removals at the new elevator pits and sub grade utility installations through the installation of furniture and file systems, a true turn key operation. Titan managed all efforts of the project including the coordination of owner supplied specialty trades provided by the hospital and coordinated these installations into the facility. The project was completed successfully in 2000.
