This new construction in-fill building was developed in trendy North Park Slope, Brooklyn just off of 5th Ave.  The principals of Titan were the developers of the project and also acted as the Project Manager.  Integrating the traditional design and finishes of brownstone construction with modern structural and mechanical finish systems provided an extraordinary project.  The building utilized structural exterior block walls and c-joist (providing column free spaces), independent ducted HVAC systems for each unit, sprinkler systems throughout the building and the units, designer moldings in the public spaces and the units, modern open floor plan, and finished balconies and roof decks.  As Project Managers, Titan made critical decisions regarding design, costs, and marketability to ensure the highest return on investment.
