ST. JAMES HOSPITAL - NEWARK, NEW JERSEY
• THE PROJECT

Titan had been approached by St. James Hospital to develop a strategic plan to execute a complete gut rehab and expansion of the St. James Hospital Emergency Room Facility. Titan was selected to develop a detailed program to complete the reorganization of this department while in full operation. Through Titan’s detailed plan the triage areas had been relocated, patient waiting areas moved to allow for expanded bed capacity, critical care areas were developed and constructed while department remained in full operation. The expansion consisted of approximately 2500 square feet, increasing the overall footage of the department in excess of 10,000 square feet. This project was successfully completed in June 2001.
