Hospital for Special Surgery retained Titan as General Contractor for the renovations of a Patient Room Wing. The project consisted of multiple room renovations and nurse’s station’s reconfiguration and construction. Phasing and scheduling required Titan to consider all operations of the ongoing facility in order to accomplish the Hospital for Special Surgery’s requirements.
