Titan Realty & Construction not only developed and implemented the building plan, but also assisted in the funding process. Abcon assisted Katie Roche is the founder of a non-profit daycare center, Rainbow Chimes in the preparation of grant and loan applications, including the required budget, construction, scheduling and other support materials and funding requisitions. Through its contacts in Albany, Titan was able to assist in expediting grant and loan applications and assist in the identification of additional loan and grant sources. This included both public (state, federal and local) as well as private foundations. Titan developed a list of materials to solicit gifts-in-kind (charitable donations) and assist in the donation solicitation process. Katie and her daycare clientele are extremely happy with the new expanded facility and all the exciting new programs Katie is now able to offer, including a new “rest-a-bit” area for mildly disturbed children.
