Titan was retained by the Owner/User as a General Contractor to construct a new six thousand square foot retail strip center with associated site work including parking, hardscape, and landscaping.  The contract including base building installation plus the tenant fit-out for the Owner/User space.  The building was completed on time and one budget as a result of Titan’s value engineering of the structural and mechanical systems with the project design team.  Through its proprietary software which it developed the Owner/User was able to view the progress of the project via the internet while he was out of the country.  This project was completed in an astounding 100 days from inception to completion.
