NYU Medical Center hired Titan to complete renovations at the main First Avenue and 34th Street facility. This work included the renovation of research laboratories. Titan worked toward value engineering and various concepts to streamline pricing towards reduced project budgets. Titan completed these installations within an expedited time frame in order to meet Facility Department expedited delivery promises. The project was completed in 2003.
