Hired by the LIJ/North Shore Health System. Titan performed the role of general contractor on the gut rehabilitation of the Central Sterile Processing Facility located at the Main LIJ Lakeville Road Campus. Titan’s work included the close coordination of a phased renovation of the Central Sterile area. This department, where “cleanliness” is of the utmost importance was completely renovated while in full operation. Work included the relocation of existing underground piping, partitions and ceilings, HVAC systems and all central sterile equipment locations. Titan’s efforts allowed for a seamless transition from the existing facilities into the new department quarters.
