After the acquisition of Lake Shore Plaza, its new owner, R.D. Management, wanted to improve the shopping center through its expansion and renovation.  In order to maximize its investment it developed plans for the renovation of existing facade (mansard) and the addition of approximately 20,000 square feet.  The owner competitively bid the project ultimately awarding the project to us.  The renovation of the facade was done in phases allowing for a safe environment for the existing tenants in occupancy.  The expansion was attached to the existing structure but was constructed with all new and independent structural and mechanical systems.  This has become one of the more popular shopping centers in the area due to its aesthetics of the facade work.
