Titan was hired by the Hospital for Joint Diseases to work with a prominent New York Medical Architect to develop a program to renovate and update existing patient room wings. These services included the development of a price sensitive rehab program which included the updating of floors, walls and ceilings. Titan provided cost feedback information in order to establish a bottom line driven finish product. The work included approximately 20 rooms as the scope of work.
