• THE PROJECT
Titan implemented the initial development strategies and project budgets, including cash flow projections for the project. The next step was to market the center to the retailers. Once build-to-suit commitments were obtained from Blockbuster and R&S Strauss Discount Auto for 75% of the space, the project was ready to move ahead. To advance the project forward, Titan provided the necessary construction financing. Titan was also instrumental in securing the permanent loan commitment from
John Alden Insurance of Florida. Subsequently During the construction phase Titan executed the 25,000 sqf. of demolition of an existing
building and interior and exterior construction of the shopping center.
