Titan was hired to assist the Facilities Department in the reorganization and expansion of the lab facilities at the Grand Concourse campus location. This work included the development of budgets and sequencing program to allow for a seamless transition from the old facilities to the new ones. Titan worked with the respective Lab Directors in order to eliminate research performance interruption and new facility integration. The project was completed in 2000. .
