Titan was retained as a General Contractor by Avalon Bay Communities, a national REIT, to construct a retail space in its New Rochelle complex.  The retail fit-out including the vanilla boxing of the space and specific tenant improvements for a prominent insurance agency.  By working with the project architect, Titan was able to fast track the project through the design, approval and construction processes meeting the extremely tight schedule in delivering the space to the tenant.  The project was completed in less than one month from inception to construction through completion.
