The Avalon Bay Bowery Complex was completed and occupied in 2007 with vacant retail space on the first floor of Phase III. The scope of the project included the installation of raised structural slabs, demising walls, tenant facilities, and general preparation of the space for leasing.  The project was competitively bid to two general contractors with prior relationships with Avalon and Titan Realty & Construction.  After working with Avalon’s representative they were confident in awarding us the job due to our knowledge of the project and scheduling.   Within six months of starting the project all of the spaces have been rented enhancing the services the building has to offer to its residences.
