This six-story residential condominium building was developed in the up and coming South Slope, Brooklyn, New York market.  The principals of Titan were the developers of the project and also acted as the Project Manager.  In response to the demographics of the community, a contemporary design was utilized for the exterior closure and interior finishes.  The building’s superstructure was structural steel and c-joist, independent ducted HVAC systems for each unit, sprinkler systems throughout the building and the units, contemporary moldings in the public spaces and the units, modern open floor plan, and finished balconies and roof decks.  As Project Managers, Titan made critical decisions regarding design, costs, and marketability to ensure the highest return on investment.
