45 Park Ave. is a luxury mixed use building with a medical condominium on the first floor occupied by Dr. Daniel Noor and the upper floors are residential.  Titan worked as a construction manager with Dr. Noor in the construction of the space. In addition, Titan worked with the building management and condominium board in the connections to the building systems and the doctor’s expeditor in getting the project signed off by the Building’s Department.  The modern design is consistent with Dr. Noor’s client base and taste.  The design of the clinical space was coordinate with Patterson Dental Equipment Supply.
