• THE PROJECT
Titan acquired this 47,000 square foot industrial building and converted it to a Class A office building.  Utilized our development and construction experiences to create dramatic public space including a three-story atrium, cantilevered staircases, Italian marble floors and commissioned a renowned sculptor to create a 20’ bas relief in the lobby.

The building is unique in that it has a large public space including a three story atrium and garden level, like notable, adapted buildings in New York City. It is considered a mid-sized office building because it is not in excess of 90,000 square feet of rentable space, but the atrium and garden make the building feel
worldly and expansive.
