Cris Zenobio
Director of Aquisitions
Cris Zenobio is the Director of Development of Titan Realty & Construction. He provides leadership and direction in sourcing and maximizing investment opportunities for investors and owners. His responsibilities include oversight and management of the firm’s operations as well as investor relations.
Cris is also responsible for the sourcing, financing and management of Titan’s development and construction operations. These responsibilities include the acquisition of land and existing properties, as well as development and leasing of both speculative and build-to-suit transactions.
He began his real estate career in 1989. Since then, he has been involved with over $100 million dollars in residential and commercial developments, and over $200 million in successful construction projects. He has also leased or sold over $70 million dollars of commercial and residential property. His product experience includes office, industrial, retail and mixed-use residential.
Cris earned an undergraduate business degree from The College of Holy Cross and an MBA from Adelphi University and is a licensed New York State Real Estate Broker.
Keith Zenobio
Director of Construction
Keith Zenobio possesses over 20 years of professional construction experience. Keith’s ability to analyze a construction project and streamline the process, has proven positive with over $200 million dollars in successfully completed projects. Keith now forecasts the future direction and construction operations of Titan Realty & Construction. His greatest asset is understanding the immediate and future needs of our clients and providing them with cost effective solutions to meet their construction goals. Providing value added services to his clients and developing long term relationships is the foundation to Keith’s methodology. His morning routine of the "4:AM Charge" begins and ends with productivity. Whether its assembling the troops or servicing a clients needs in the field. Keith’s relentless charge proves positive day in and day out.

Michael joined the firm in 1986. Architectural studies at the New
York Institute of Technology and 20 years of experience in the business
have provided a solid foundation for his responsibilities in cost engineering
and project cost controls.
Eros R. Adragna
Director
of Marketing & Sales

Eros joined the firm in 2008 as the director of marketing and sales. He is responsible for condominium product & construction services development, market placement and implementation of all marketing and sales initiatives, including pricing strategies and sales staffing supervision. Mr. Adragna has 13 years experience in sales and marketing in real estate development. His experience in interactive multimedia and web application development has proven invaluable to product visibility and construction management operations. While with Delshah Capital, Mr. Adragna directed all initiatives in real estate aquisitions and marketing for new development, conversion, and adaptive re-use projects.
