Titan was retained by The Brooklyn Home Company and Mesh Architects as a Construction Manager to construct a Luxury Rental Buildingin Cobble Hill, Brooklyn, NY. The project consists of 4 luxury condominium units with high end finishes and opulent roof terraces, along with a single garage for the first floor unit which was a triplex including cellar, 1st floor, and 2nd floor.
Titan played an integral in the design coordination and expediting the pre-construction and construction phases of this project, along with value engineering, alternate finished throughout the building. The building was sold out very successfully by Compass Realty upon completion in 2015.
